I was wondering if this is a new feature to OS that they added or did I just not have the technique down before?

I know a lot of people complained about this so it's good either way. When scrolling down when zoomed in the browser whether you were looking at something or reading the scrolling wouldn't stay locked but would move wherever your finger did.. But if you move your finger fairly fast at the start in the scrolling motion it now locks up which is great.

It always did ... at least it always did for me. I recall there being a thread where a person claimed that it didn't ... but the claim was bogus if I recall correctly.

The scroll lock was a feature of 1.8 ... and so was the flexibility of having it move in any direction you wanted when enlarged. Very versatile.

I don't understand how to do this. If I wanted to scroll from the top to bottom of a long page what would be the steps involved?
