They need to talk to Comcast so that we can stream all the HD programming from it, that would allow lots of people to cancell Hulu/Netflix

Exactly what im thinking, unless RIM is gonna pay out of pocket for users to stream to the Playbook which would be full ******.

It's for the paid service, and will only work in the U.S. presumably, but maybe they'll negotiate a discount for the first month or three months or something like that.

I have Hulu Plus so I'm already paying. Just for my info, if an app emerges, would it mean there's ANOTHER $7.99 to pay just to be able to watch it on the PlayBook? Is that how it works on iPads and such?

If so they can suck it and I'll unsubscribe completely.

no hulu plus is the only thing you should have to pay for. all devices that have hulu plus support should not have additional charges for the app

I tried Hulu+. It sucks. Most of the "additional" shows you get are ones nobody has ever heard of. Nearly everything else is available on normal Hulu. Top it off with the fact you STILL get commercials with everything.

Give me any mobile device that works with regular Hulu, THAT is more of a plus.
