All speculation at this point but the investigation into RIM and potential resulting lawsuit allows one to ask... is this related to the coinciding resignation of Keith? Thoughts?

somehow i doubt a marketing guy would be the reason for this "investigation"

I doubt it. There is a feeler out by this law firm seeking people who bought stock during the time periods mentioned in the Blog to be part of the lawsuit. Sounds like class action lawsuit wolves to me. The only ones who make any money on this are the wolves in lawyers clothing. (Lawyers try not to take offense; my daughter is one).

Initially sounds spurious to me. I'm hanging on to my RIMM stock.

If you look at the law firm that's doing this they a lot of "investigations" trying to start up class action suits. Hard to prove the management knowing lied unless they have internal e-mails proving otherwise. Not like they are cooking the books, they are just not very competent on getting devices to market.
