Well at least in your messages and native apps double tap space bar twice in a quicker motion and it does fill in with a period. This just doesn't work in the browser. Not sure if this is new info because i've see complaints on how they missed this.
The spell check thing is debatable. yes they included spell check, however they didnt include an inbuilt dictionary or auto correct. That's like giving us a car without wheels.
Lets put it this way. its great they can underline the word I've spelled incorrect but give me the correction please! if i knew how to spell it properly in the first place i wouldnt have spelled it that way would i! come on RIM. Dont get me wrong guys.... i still love this thing *saves it before i get accused as a hater*
