Hi
Finally giving up my Playbook
I am going to give it to my young granddaughter and I am sure she will have fun with it
How do I go about removing my personal data and account info eg. account for purchasing apps etc
Is there any problem setting up her account etc.
Info on doing this would be appreciated
Please keep it simple- not too computer literate

Easiest way would be to do a security wipe under the Settings > Security


You would lose everything if there where Apps, Games, Music, Videos, Pictures that you thought she would want to keep. Make sure you do a backup.

Do I then just start over - like it was a new playbook - signing in, email , setting up an account for apps etc

I will do the security swipe to remove all the unwanted info and do a backup to save the items I need prior to the swipe
After the security swipe can you walk me through the steps to set it up as a " new " playbook - do I have to hook it up to my PC and start all over with " set up "
