when I reply to an email recieved on my playbook, the text I typed in the reply is not being sent in the email. Is there an option for this ?

The reply button is on the right hand side of the opened email. I have sent email and received reply with the text. If you use the reply button you should see the text. Hope this helps.

I use the icon on the right side of the screen like you said but the text does not get sent with the email.
