I was trying to see if the "Presenter" screen in the new remote control would allow me to go back/forward through photos in the pictures app on the PlayBook. Nope. It doesn't in case you were wondering.
Anyway, disappointed I decided to simply disconnect my remote and upon pressing the call-end button to go back to the home screen, the phone (Torch 9800) did a hard reboot.
I've had the phone re-boot twice while in Remote Control mode - the first one was when I tried to re-start the Playbook with the pointer and both devices rebooted. Can't remember what the second cause was.
Look on the bright side, it's a battery-pull app AS WELL!!!
