Rapid charger or Rapid Charging Dock
is either faster ?
which one do you guys think is better ?

I have both. Either of them will work for you. If you want to display your PB while it is charging, then you want to use the dock. I use the dock next to my bed with the Antair Nightstand clock running. Each morning my PB wakes me up and is completely ready for the day.
I use the charger at work when the remaining charge just isn't going to be enough for the rest of the day.

i have the rapid charger not the dock version,i really like it because it charge fast and its magnetic and i dont have worry about my usb port to break for overuse.

^ One reason I picked it up, I hate dealing with the microUSB port.
I just got the Dock, love it and much easier to deal with . Yes, it is stable to use while the PlayBook is charging.
