I haven't seen this elsewhere so here goes.......

I don't sync via Google or others and didn't want to have to copy a zillion addresses manually but I found this by accident......

Open a message on the Native email app.

Hold your finger on the senders name and then a pop up appears asking if you want to "create new".

Click on the add contact and bingo there it is in the native contacts folder

Easy peasy.........

Now I can add to contacts as emails arrive
