question about bridge on US Cellular
Haven't been able to find this particular question by search....I am thinking of adding my son on my employee line with a curve and purchasing a PB 64gb from Walmart so he can bridge and have a nice touch screen. I know the employee plan doesn't allow tethering but does USCC have a bridge for BB phones and if so do you think I'd be ok with him using that and it not being considered tethering since it's by bridge? I know some consider it tethering while others don't. I have been afraid to ask that question to the employee plan department and not sure if they'd know anyway. Any ideas on here?

question about bridge on US Cellular
USCC does not charge for bridge.
They do charge for tethering.
In the US only AT&T charges for bridging. Thus they have their own bridge app.
But data caps do apply.

I don't know the answer. As far as I know, so far, only AT&T has attempted to treat Bridge as Tethering and stopped its working with the Browser but there's a workaround by loading a different version of the Bridge app on the phones.
Hopefully, someone with that carrier will reply or you can call and hope for the best!
