Not a true tech person but will the Playbook even be able to receive push mail through the Client that Rim releases eventually or we actually have to Bridge with the Wifi version for good? Or we actually have to wait for a 3G/4G version to have push without the Bridge? Might be a stupid question?

Short of a client, unfortunately the other alternative is on-line browser email like google ... AOL ...

    see:

RIM BlackBerry PlayBook Shipping Without Email Support - International Business Times

"The PlayBook is not completely without email support as RIM offers two alternatives. One is via the BlackBerry Bridge feature, in which users can link their BlackBerry phones to the PlayBook, accessing their email on the Playbook's larger screen. Users can also also access their email accounts via the Playbook's web browser."
