Okay. I decided to try PrintToGo and everything went fine until I got the Blackberry ID Sign In window. I signed in with my same ID sign in that I use for everything and when I clicked Sign In on my computer, nothing happens at all. The screen sits there with the username and password and doesn't sign in. The screen is not frozen, I can still do stuff, but the Sign In never happens and the window just sits there. Any ideas. Don't really want to just try uninstalling and reinstalling everything. Thanks

Try disabling anti virus and any firewalls for first sign in. If that works for the first time use you can turn them back on for future use.

Yeah. AVG anti-virus has been known to cause the problem you described
