Hello fellas. I've had my Playbook for about 2 weeks and just yesterday i got a message on it saying OS 2.0.0.7971 was available for download.
I've clicked the "download" now button but every time i do, at about the 10% download mark, it fails. I get a "download interrupted" message, and it tells me to "restart". When i do that, my PB shuts off and totally restarts!
It is very frustrating to have this happen over and over (at least 7 times now). Can anyone help with why it keeps getting interrupted? My wi-fi connection is good and solid. What can i do to get this downloaded? And why do you have to restart the whole friggin device every time the download fails??
