    You can reinstall any game that you have uninstalled.

    Open BlackBerry World

    Along the top left click on "My World"

    Then click on "Uninstalled" in the right.

    Click "Reinstall" from the list of apps you have uninstalled in years past.

    Enjoy Again.

    Really depends on which applications you deleted. If they are main system applications, you may have to back up what you have and reinstall the main OS.
