So its not really something that's all that useful, but not a bad thing to have if you want to make wallpapers for your Playbook.

I've made a PSD template for the Playbook, both with horizontal and vertical orientations.

Pretty much all you need to do is do all your work above layer 1 in the template and below the template folders. Then you can turn each template folder on and off to see how it aligns for you on both orientations. Just make sure to turn the folders off before you save!
