RIM has a huge disconnect with the PIN culture on their system.
I'll gladly share my pin. But my BBID? That is a bit scary

Yeah, well my personal BBID is fine, so I guess I will be handing that one out. My other one though. Haha Not a chance. Maybe if they were masked or something. I don't know. That's 1/2 my App World login, but what choice, that seems to be the way it's going.
is sharing your BBID which is your email (or one of them at least) that much more 'risky' than registering to web sites or other times one shares it?
Yes. It is. Having one of a person's (possibly) many accounts but NOT knowing what to do with them, is great, sure. Not when it's my login to use my device and not to mention app world, billing info(if applicable).
I am not talking about registering up for some website or something, most people have burners for that. I mean the real email addies.
Dude? Wth

Reason: has heard enough of 'Wahhhh my account got hacked'
Has anyone figured out what to enable to prevent the stupid message about a firewall preventing video chat? I'm sure it's my router but there's no info on what kind of traffic needs to be allowed to get through.
We should state what people do for a living so you can help each other. Maybe some groups for example I'm in IT specifically BES and Exchange. That way chat might be useful.
