I can use my playbook to do a video call to my Z10
I added the pin to the playbook
    Under video chat.

But the Z10 cannot call the playbook it rings and rings, nothing happens on the Playbook

Does anyone know if this is normal or is there a setup I missed.

    PlayBook has latest update
    Z10 running official latest 10.2.1

    Tried On wifi
The incoming call from playbook works on WIFI or cell

    Return call is not received

I tried back when I got my Z10.... could not get it to work either way. I'll have to try again, maybe one of the updates has it working partially now.

Are you using the same BB ID on both devices?
In my experience, if they are the same, the behaviour is the same as yours.
If they are different, it works both ways.

    Thanks for the suggestion

Affirmative the BlackBerry ID is probably the same
I will have to change it and try it .
    Question?
When you say BlackBerry ID ?
Do you mean the ID for BlackBerry world, for downloading apps ?

Yes, that is correct. It is also the same ID that identifies your device.

This has worked for me.......but what is there in the Hub that will give me some indication on how to call the playbook back without going through the Hub again ?
    This is driving me crazy.....

    Thanks for any help...

You edited the email associated with your BlackBerryID. That new email will be pushed to your Z10 via the BlackBerry servers. Have you checked the BlackBerryID on your Z10? It may have been pushed the new email and you hadn't noticed.

You will want to figure this out before you get confused when you next need to log into the BlackBerryID on the Z10 and put in the wrong email and password.
