One great things of all my BB devices has always been the snug and perfect fit of the USB plug into the device. Lots of discussion on how it's a loose fit into the Playbook where as either the metal insert is too long or the receptacle on the Playbook is too short making it appear easily breakable.
Is this just a problem of the use that display models take, which I've noticed or was this like the power button, a fit and finish flaw from RIM?
That's not just the Playbook, it's simply the joy that is micro USB. Unfortunately the device makers have standardized on that so it's something we'll have to put up with for a long time.
There are cables that have hooks on the back that fit in the port securely, but unfortunately these cables are not common.
