Check out cowboom.com. I picked up a refebed one that was not used and was brand new. Picked up a brand new one off of ebay. Both are 16gigs

Uhhhh....I feel your pain, honest I do. And I do have two (they're both 64GB, though, which you didn't ask for....but I'd recommend considering, since they're somewhat easier to find, and really inexpensive with all the discounts). My first one was at the full list price ($700...and I bought my wife one, too). The second I couldn't resist at $300 (more than 50% off, after all). But the other reason I got a second one is because after 5 months with the first, I couldn't stand the thought of having it fail, or get lost or stolen. I suspect that's the rationale for many multi-owners here. The second one, obviously, is a hot spare.
