The playbook price is now permanent at shop blackberry. These prices are perfect and should have people picking up these tablet with ease.

The 199 price is ridiculously cheap. I just downloaded 2.0 and this is the best tablet out there in my opinion.

I've had minde from day one and it is just a rock solid as it was on day one. Awesome screen, speakers, processor, cameras. The Playbook is awesome and this price distortion is a rare opportunity in my view.
In a few months or less the price will go back up and it will still be a good deal but not a crazy, out of this world steal.

I actually believe this is the permanent price because before when they were on sale they would have the original price listed but strikethrough. They now have these new prices without any sale price tag on them.

Really? Just 4 days ago, you wrote the following in another thread on this same topic:

As of today PB is still $199 at Best Buy. Does anyone know if the price will go back up anytime soon? I mean will it go back up to $300 or more especially at brick and mortar stores?
update: I just noticed Office Depot has the 16 gb model at $499.99, but Best Buy is still holding at $199.
