One reason why RIM needs tablets for business and not just phones...

I've been noticing a few new stores with iPads *and* iPods used as cash registers. The iPad is used by the sales person to enter orders. The iPod is used to display the total to the customer (a bit of an overkill, in my opinion, but it sells iPods and would perhaps a wi-fi only small BB10 device).

That's exactly what i'm looking for my restaurant, but can only find ipad POS Can't even find Android POS. I would definitely buy playbook POS if it became available!

There are plenty of Android solutions out there. The highest quality ones though, are found on the iPad.

Here is a link to another forum discussing a restaurant that worked with RIM to develop a POS system. Maybe RIM can help you out.
