I think if I worked at RIM customer support, I would tell everyone the same thing. "You can always expect an update" "You go on and keep pushing that button."
The last update coincided with a peek in complainers. The same situation is happening again. I am sure the next update is close. My spider senses are tingling.

Ya, that is what I thought over a month ago! The update is coming soon, still waiting and no update. My new philosophy is "it comes when it comes".
