    Hi,
My friend gave me yesterday his Playbook, so I did a security wipe. But now, I'm not able to active my tablet. But since then, it keeps telling me ''Your tablet couldnt be activated because of an error (132353)". I really don't know what to do.

Make sure your Playbook has at least 20% battery, or better at 40%.
Also make sure there is a wireless signal available for the finishing of the process.

    To REBOOT:
Press and HOLD all three keys for about 10 - 20 seconds: PowerOn, VolUp and VolDown. Start with the PowerButton. If you hear a shutter type sound, you've taken a Screen Shoot and probably missed the PowerButton.

Even if I reboot, it doesn't work. Everytime the Playbook is searching for software update, the notice shows up. And I only have one option: Reboot.
Can I cancel the security wipe and restart it?

The security wipe process cannot be cancelled once it has started executing. Try installing the BlackBerry PlayBook Tablet OS using BlackBerry Desktop Software and choose Update. This is commonly referred to as the "debricking method."
