So I want a playbook but I dont want to buy one today and then two months later theres a new one anyone think that will happen?

Nope, I believe RIM will continue to upgrade this existing PB, it has all it needs to just get better.

In 2 months, not sure, but eventually yes. This is technology, it moves at a rapid pace, so there is bound to be upgrades and new models. Right now we are on the edge of our seats waiting for the big upgrade to our existing playbooks which will (hopefully) be announced on Tuesday. So, IMO it will be sometime before the second edition of playbook comes out. If you want to get it, and can't wait- then get it now. If its not a priority and can wait, 2 months or 2 years- then sit back and relax

that is fantastic! .. but in the meanwhile . the existing Playbook is great and will get a whole lot better very soon with the major OTA software upgrade of 2.0 ...

the beauty of over the air software upgrades cannot be overstated ....

2 months no way. Don't let the uneducated sales reps confuse you. Several sales rep believe there is a "new" playbook coming this month and thats why they had the sales. In reality all this "new" playbook is, is os2 being released. As others have said a new tablet will be released eventually its tech just not yet.
