    i have a blackberry playbook and i have connected a mouse with bluetooth.

    its shows that is connected succesfully.
    but the mouse pointer is not show,

    i need to do something to have working a mouse pointer?

    Are you saying it doesn't show on the home screen? Or are you trying to use it in an app? Which one? What brand and model number is the mouse. What other Bluetooth devices have you connected and which are connected when you are trying to connect the mouse?

    Does it show as CONNECTED or is it just PAIRED? Sometimes bt items will be paired but you have to CONNECT them. Open the BT settings. Find the item and tap. Try DISconnect and then REconnect.

    its connected and disconnect, and reconnect don't help.
    i removed the mouse from the list and re added... bluetooth is visible...
    the mouse pointer don't apper in any app,
    my mouse is:


    and it work fine on notebook, desktop pc.

    One more thing to check: Is the mouse still CONNECTED to another device - like your laptop? While the mouse may be able to pair with multiple devices, it can only be connected to one at at time. When I've used my mouse with my 64g pb, I have to make sure it is not still connected to my 32gig pb.

    This is apparently a Traveler 9005 BT. Correct me if that is not the case. The specifications do not list PB operating system as being supported. Do you have any info as to this point such as other users reporting success with BB PB.

    Most of these devices need a specific operating system to work, and the PB system may not be supported.

    Have you tried the support site of the maker of the mouse? Often there will be a way to email in your question and perhaps get an answer.
