I believe they live in Canada and ordered from The Source Shop (only ship in Canada).... those that pre-ordered have gotten the 'end of April' emails.
They said if they call their nearest store, some are in stock, so they run down and purchase... and cancel their pre-orders.
I have not seen any available in the US yet, other than the pre-orders.

I too ordered mine here on this website. I have not received an email saying that it has shipped, and I have not received an email saying that it will be the end of April before it does ship. So I haven't received anything!! Oh and to make sure things are clear I live in the USA! Also when I check my order status it still shows it as being out of stock. So I guess the March 23 release was just for our friends in Canada, and not us in the USA.

i have an extra preorder that I have coming from the source. Its extra because the preorder arrives next week and I called my local source store 3 days ago and they had 1 in stock so i headed down and bought one.
i asked about costs for shipping to the states and they said its about $10. considering i paid $99 plus tax = $105 i would be willing to ship it out for $115 if thats what postage actually costs.

Thanks. I am in the same situation. I got mine for $99.99 plus free shipping but later had noticed price on pre-order had gone up. It would be nice if they sent some sort of information about a potential ship date. Their initial information on the pre-order showed a ship date of March 23 when it was to be released.
I emailed the shopcrackberry support email and this is what they said.

They were able to procure several of these products which were released on 03/23/2012 in Canada but it was a very small amount. We currently do not have an exact ETA on when this product will be available for shipping but estimates are within the next 7-10 business days.
Once this product is available, we will begin shipping them out immediately to you and a confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent as well.

Picked one up (last one) from The Source in Victoria and, unlike the other brand name ones available, it works perfectly and I love the track pad too. They told me the next shipments should be arriving at the beginning of April.
My order is in (has been for two weeks now at least) and I can wait. I'm sure I'll get the email soon as Crackberry Store has been nothing but a blessing to me

Somehow, this reminds me of the old Sinclair QL fiasco back in the late 80's, when Uncle Clive promised a great product and then shipped a flawed one late.
I was told today that they (ShopBlackBerry) have no idea and haven't received any shipping news from RIM and so they ( SBB) cannot presently fulfill any orders. Rather disappointing....

Actually mine came from Crackberry Shop..... Same informaton as stated.... Really sad companies continue to "pre sell" After my experience with the Crackbery Shop I will not buy any other products from them.....
I'm sorry to hear that most people still haven't received their keyboard case yet i just got mine this morning in fact im using it to type this and it really was worth the wait..however RIM needs to adopt apples sales practice and give the masses what they want and deliver on time ..it's quite sad that we have to wait almost a year for a keyboard and os update so. Yes i totally get how we are all feeling ..its a love hate relationship
This is really sad. I was hoping that these delays were not going to happen anymore under the new CEO, but here we are again. How do you announce a product that was first seen months and months ago and immediately run out of stock? I mean this product should of been released when the playbook first came out, so waiting another couple weeks to actually build them makes sense.
I try to think what I would do if I ran RIM, or any company for that matter, and this move just makes no sense. I can't remember the last time I saw incompetence like this from a major company.
I really want one and hear that some people either ordered two or don't like the one they have. I would be willing to pay up a little if anyone has an extra or one they don't want. It will be over market price for sure!!!
