    Default Playbook LTE won't turn on

    Hi guys,

    I just brought a playbook LTE brand new and it won't turn on. The dead battery logo shows up if I press the power button. I have been charging it for the past 20min... the green LED light is flashing green. (slowly)

    This never happened to my 16gb playbook...please advise.

    unplug from the power source and give it the 3 finger salute
