saw this ad on my local CraigsList, and the owner says it has OS 2.0.0.9894, which (according to him) is being released later this month. I linked the ad below, so you guys can check it out. is this legit?

I went for it and bought it! Only thing is that I told him I'm using the new 100$ bills that aren't out yet but later this month they will be and he can use them then. Looks like I'll have yet another addition to my big family of Blackberry's
