Actually found that yesterday elm327 coupled with th torque app will get you a connection. Although currently the blue tooth elm327 will not work since blue tooth is not supported for this app yet. So a wife version of this plug in must be used but still will work

Made possible by my BlackBerry Z10 Bad**s phone
Do you know the exact version (there are so many)?

I haven't found a dock yet. I am still waiting on my PlayBook to arrive (tuesday). Then I will make 1 week test -
    - Navigation
    - connectivity with both My Q10 and Android
    - I get my appointments location from my calendar, 3-5 stops a day so that is very important
    - audio output (I read that it's pretty good but still)
before I move on to the install.

The pin assignments on the Playbook Rapid Charger are as follows:

    Grnd./+V/Grnd.

You can attach it either way and it will charge.

That is the most flexible method. And it allowed YOU to change out tablets without having to re-arrange you dash! Now you have a windows tablet hanging from the window - appropriate.

I received the PlayBook yesterday and although I am impressed with some stuff (such as swiping to switch between apps even when they are in full screen) it isn't looking good for me.
The calendar isn't syncing with CalDAV for some reason and even if the appointment has a locatio -It is not a shortcut. On BB10 when there is a location in the calendar a click on it opens up the calendar.
That is crucial for my navigation needs and if I don't find a solution soon the PB is going back.

    Final verdict:
    I am returning the PlayBook:
    - the calendar issue above
    - lack of descent navigation app (no 3D nav, no traffic reroutes)

It's a shame cause I felt the GUI to be better suited from driver's prospective - gesture controlled vs buttons and switching between running apps.

Also, I found a bunch of features that didn't make it to BB10 and I am missing.
