I honestly speechless right now! I thought it was confirmed that the remote control feature wasn't coming to any OS 5 devices. After opening up the BB Bridge app on my BB their was the RC option right there! I did have to connect a second time for the cursor to show up on my PB though.

In remote control hold down the track pad and you'll get a notification that says drag lock activated. Once this is activated you can scroll vertically through your apps

Yep, also in the keyboard menu is a "Press Windows Key" menu item.

Here is the even funnier part. The CrackBerry Nation is so excited over this new feature, till there are multiple threads opening up on the same thing.

The mods are gonna be busy cleaning this mess up.

And to think, the new OS still hasn't dropped yet with all the other little surprises to be found. LOL

On my 9900 I have to hold the trackpad and scroll with the screen. The double finger scroll doesn't seem to work in the main app menu with the 1.0.8 OS.

Just for kicks, I added my 9900 to my laptop through Bluetooth and lo and behold... I can use the mouse and keyboard from my phone on my PC!

I've not read all the message (trackpad 9650). When I move the cursor to the lower left, I see a small keyboard and arrow. Can the keyboard on the pb be opened in some fashion or does that just mean "start typing" Although it seems that anytime I use the 9650 keyboard, letters show up on ITS screen (and probably in the pb if I were in data entry mode?)

You don't need the bridge browser. When you are in bridge mode the regular browser works!

ALLRIGHT ALLRIGHT, Calm down. I got this!

Alt + trackpad motion is scroll.. ONLY IN THE BROWSER. On the home screen it's holding the trackpad down + trackpad motion.

I don't know why these 2 things are seperate. One might imagine this gets changed.

For bezel Gestures.. one might imagine to get the cursor to the edge of the screen.. and then clicking. However it doesn't work yet. Thus we just use the Menu Key and select ''next app'' or ''home'' or whatever you like.

To close an app.. Select ''home'' and navigate the cursor to the little X button below the app.



Oh.. and please play Machinarium while using remote control... this game got a whole new dimension through remote control.

We have Never needed wifi to be able to run the Browser app will only being in bridge mode.

Oh and can someone tell me where the BB brigde RC is on the home screen. I've check to add it to the home screen menu, but I can't find it anywhere.

When you see that icon, press and hold alt, then click the trackpad and the PB keyboard pops up!
