I tried to open a link in an email, the screen froze while trying to open the link, nothing would work, tried to turn it off, tried to do a hard reset, plugged it into DTM which at the time did recognize it but when I tried to back it up it said that there was a problem with the back up then the screen went black, I guess it turned itself off. could not get it back on. Plugged it in to charge, came back several hours and tried everything again with no luck. Any suggestions?

leave it for couple of mins and turn in on, same thing happened to me b4

hold down the power,volume up and down button for couple seconds until the red led light come off.good luck

Thanks, I tried all that, in the end I charged over night and did a hard restart in the AM and it came on. I was in a bit of a panic for a while, I use this thing so often it would break my hart if it died.
