    Sorry to say but it is so
    The os is great but the apps/software are crap in general
    The hardware is ok, enough for the os but nothing spectacular
    What I really don't like about the Ipad is the closed ecosystem

    Some here post only on threads praising the playbook and claim the OP has inferiority complex and is envious.. Going by their own posts, it seems the other way.

    If someone wants to buy an ipad, they should get the ipad2. Unless they are keen on playing games on a tablet or edit photos, which would be a strange reason to get a 10" tablet

    The goal of my original post was to point out that the PB can do more - in terms of juggling multiple, complex tasks - with less hardware than an iPad.

    Despite all the new horsepower Apple is pouring into the device the new iPad still can't match the multitasking capabilities of a one year old PB.
