I have plugged in my PB to my computer... The Device Manger is showing a device plugged in but no drive letter (0) next to it. My computer is not show my PB (Z: ) either. Any suggestion, I have already rebooted my computer.
I would have problems every now and again and finally stopped connecting it to my PC. Now I have a charging dock on my desk and do everything via WiFi. Works just as fast if not faster.
Go to "Setting" (the last icon on the rigth top screen next to battery icon), then go to "Storage and Sharing"... change the USB connection setting i.e. "Connect to Mac" if you are using Mac, "Connect to Windows" if you are using Windows...
