how do you remove the playbook drivers from the computer i dont think they were installed right becasue my playbook wont play with my PC.
I want to try to reinstall them to see if it will work

Delete DeskTop Manager and Device Manager from your PC, then reload the latest versions.

With the unit plugged in through USB, check in device manager-blackberry-smartphone, right click on smartphone and select properties and you will see your options there.
Assuming your on a win7 machine
