    PB is off, i connect my charger, top LED turns red and after 5 sec turns continous green ? is my PB charging or not ?

    It's charging. When green light turns solid then it's fully charged.

    found on a forum: Playbook will not charge when actually turned off. Plug it in, start Playbook, set to standby (or just let it alone).

    That was true when it was first released. When you plug it in the PB will go into a charging mode.
    Solid green should mean fully charged

    When you first plug it in the red light comes on for several seconds and then goes off. The green light will then come on for several seconds and then go off. Then you will get a pulsing yellowish green light while it's charging. When fully charged the green light stays on solid again.
