Question for new users of 9900.
Can you notice an improvement of PB bridge and tether browsing comparing another BB's 3G with 9900's 4G capability?

That's marketing, not true 4G. T-Mobile uses hspa+, which is still 3G until they decided to just call it 4G. Best to say "Faux G".

the new blackberries whether real "4G" should be faster than "3G". So i think the OP point is not an argument about is real "4G" but rather is there an improved browsing speed with newer phones. A video comparison would be nice to see. I'm curious also. These are also the first BBs made post playbook so I would like to know if the bridge functions are "snappier" with the new phones?

its probably not faster because of the connection. Its faster because the device is faster and better hardware. the limiting factor is still the slow Bluetooth speeds

I have the BB 9900... its HSPA+ CAT 10 which means it can download at max of 14.4 Mb ... pretty fast if I say so

I would do a speed test but can't seem to find a speed test app for the BB.

No, it's not any faster. Not until we get Hotspot capabilities. It's severely hindered by the limitations of the Bluetooth connection.
