    Hi so is it possible to output sound from the playbook through the 3.5mm jack instead as opposed to the HDMI out cause I'm using a monitor that doesnt have sound.

    Yes it is. Plugging in the 3.5 mutes the hdmi. Doesn't matter if you have hdmi audio on or off.

    Yes it's possible, I've been doing it that way since May with my Jawbone Jambox until today
