Outlook contacts- how do I get them on my playbook?

I have set up my playbook to receive my outlook emails but the contacts did not sync. My Gmail, Facebook and LinkedIn contacts are now in my playbook's contact book but not the ones in my outlook or from my phone (sync with my outlook).

How do I get these on my playbook?

What I did was export to a contact file on my pc, then import that file to my web hotmail/outlook account. Then added my hotmail/outlook account to my playbook and they synced up automatically on my playbook.

THANKS. That was pretty painless - now I have to decide if I trust MS!!!!

Just looked around the Outlook site and while this thread is intended to address Contacts, is there a similar way to export/import my Outlook Calendar so that it appears on my pb?
