    I don't see this as an option anymore. Can anyone please show me how to do it? I think the option to do it has disappeared.

    Go to settings.... Click keyboard..... Change the 'keyboard feedback' slider to lower or higher settings for the keyboard sound

    Thanks so much guys. I assumed that this option had something to do with the responsiveness of the keyboard in terms of how fast the keyboard reacts to me pressing the screen and not the sound. I had it turned all the way up.

    When in such a situation conduct an experiment to validate or invalidate your theory.
