I just received this email from SBB:

Your order will be shipped out within the next 5 to 7 days. You will receive an order confirmation email once your unit has shipped. Thank you for your order.

So, it appears that they ARE getting it worked out! I had just reconciled myself to not ever receiving it.

I was busy all afternoon, so I didn't see the continuation of my original thread where others have been getting communication from them.
