[CrackBerry Question]

I was recently in Indonesia and the camera in my playbook stopped working. A repair shop backed up my data and then wiped the content in preparation for downloading the software to fix the camera and re-entering the data. The problem is that without the original Blackberry ID and the original password, I can't get the unit to open on the home page. I've looked here and there, changed my password but the unit will not recognize me as a second user or allow me to add an email account as a new user. I still don't know if the camera works and I've been locked out after exhausting my ten attempts at a password. The prompt tells me that my email address for the account is "[email protected]" but how I would access that account is unknown to me. What do I do?
