    they called me yesterday and gave me a 75 buck card. Sucks cause I wanted the tablet and yeah who care they made a mistake in the email they sent out.

    Agreed. They made a 'mistake' with their supply system, and paying us out for it. They can bash all they want, its just funny how a major retail chain can mess up like that...new bluray player come to daddy! lol

    Yep. Same thing here. "Gigantic Overpriced Blue Paperweight" email arrived first followed by the recall letter. A second later, another email arrived identical to the first, but with the paperweight description of the PB deleted and the proper name inserted instead. Weird.

    Checked my order number online last night and it was deleted so I guess that's that. Was a great deal and congrats to anyone who was able to grab one!

    The way I see it, my CC was never charged and I was given (yet to be seen, of course) a free $75 gift card for trying to order a PB. Might need to see what else looks shiny at OD for Christmas for myself.
