Nothing after Scrapbook

Ok, a while - a really long while - ago we got that half-serious app Scrapbook from the Cascades guys in Sweden.

Really, they were not able to produce ANYTHING for the pb since ? Not even a light game ? Nothing ?

Poor old RIM...

Or they are now trying to convince us that Cascades is unavailable for the pb ?

I think they must be focusing on bb10. To be fair, Print-to-go has some cascades there, too.

I think that those guys are working on Cascades and apps for BB10.

Scrapbook was a proof of concept piece for other developers and potential buyers to see the potential of the PlayBook and Cascades. TAT's goal was to show off what could be done.

The Pacemaker app is Cascades among others.

The PlayBook has several developer tool sets besides Cascades. Most devs are going to go with what they already know and have made money at. Some will adopt Cascades but its not like Cascades is being taught in any schools anywhere. It will take both a proof of profitability and education institutions to make Cascades a popular developer environment.

I too am sure the release of BB10 will cause interest plus we'll get to see whats been in hiding waiting for that release.
