Nobex radio – any ideas why Radio 1 and Radio 2 are unavailable – I used to be able to listen to them but recently it just says “This station is currently not available for your device”
Yet Radio 4, Radio 5 work fine. It’s no major issue as I just access Radio 1and 2 directly from the net but it would be easier to have that one Nobex app for all radio stations - is this a licensing issue ?

Hi,

We believe it may be a compatibility issue. When in Nobex, hide the favorites panel (the down arrow at the right, towards the bottom, you can see the CID (next to the version) at the bottom left. Can you send that number? We will see what we can do to get you listening again.
