AIR 3.2 with Stage3D is available on IOS and Android, but RIM seems hesitant to update the runtimes on PlayBook.

I've started a thread over on the BlackBerry developer forums to gather some support. If you'd like to see AIR 3.2 and Stage3D support on PlayBook, add your voice there.
