Do you think he would do more harm to RIM's reputation if he really started touting RIM products?

If he went near a PlayBook in the UK, they would be returned en-masse. Same with anything BlackBerry he touches. The BlackBerry users DO NOT want to be associated with him... I predict if he becomes marketing manager, RIM will lose 90% of UK marketshare within 6 months, when word gets out he is the marketing manager.
