My Bluetooth doesn't seem to work, I've paired with other devices successfully like my laptop and my phone, but whenever I start to transfer a file it always fails! What should I do?

PB does not have bluetooth sharing capabilities yet on the current OS1.0.8., except its use over the bridge connection with a BB phone.
In another 2 weeks the OS2.0 will launch and then hopefully you will be able to pair your devices with the PB to share/transfer data. The OS2.0 beta has what you are looking for, but wait to upgrade onto the official release

WiFi or usb file sharing for now, not BT. You might be able to use Box or BlueBox for what you want as well.
