I have updated my PlayBook to the new OS. But I don't understand why I want native email!

I use my BlackBerry for all my email. And I sometimes use Outlook. But a problem I have is that often I will reply to an email or read it, and then it downloads again on Outlook. Now, if I set up the PlayBook for native email. I will only get the same problem! I'll end up reading email twice! Or will this be different?

Ideally, I like to have the changes on both devices. So if I reply to an email, it will show as replied on my Bold. Or any changes from email on my Bold will show on the PlayBook.

Am I just better off using Bridge or would native email actually be better?

I don't know about you, but the native email on PB is far superior, size/fonts/images/attachments/speed wise.

But will what I do in the native email reflect back on my BB or will I get emails in two places?

If your email server is IMAP based then changes on any device will be reflected on the others. If it is POP3 then changes won't be seen on other devices.

Playbook uses ActiveSync so read emails show as read in Outlook on IMAp and Exchange accounts.

My email is IMAP and then Hotmail, Yahoo, and Gmail. Is it worth using the native app or bridge?
