Difficulty connecting to hotspots at hotels, conferences or my Droid 4

Failure to connect to my PC and mount the volume (or my other PC or either of my 2 laptops)

The box bears the 160511 "date". I bought it in early Jan 2012 from the BB store
I almost immediately installed the 2.0 beta (waited a few days).
I did root it, but lost the root with last beta upgrade.
I did *not* wipe it before upgrading to the released 2.0.

So what have I done wrong?

I feel really ripped off that mine didn't include any problems either.

I mean....The least a dying company could do is give me a few gripes to frustrate me after they've been sold for parts and run Windows Phone 8

You could try Stacking Charging. Place two opposable thumbs on opposite sides of the poles of the rapid charger and see if that does not fix YOU up.

I'm often frustrated at how well built it is. The screen is too nice; the stereo speakers sound too good... that sort of thing. I can only hope my BB10 phone has all the same issues!

I know! It's terribly flawless! I can't believe how nicely mine is built. Considering I bought it on launch day, it has had no problems, so I haven't needed any assistance with it.

Mine is one of the first batch made and it's been flawless since. Just simply love it. BB10....I'll be here when it comes, waiting patiently. I will go forward with RIM or down with the ship as the last man standing. Thank you for a post that has made me smile,etc instead of roll my eyes and quickly move on.

Yeah we got couple of them with the exact same problems OP.

Dang and the 16g one has a ridiculously double the amount storage as the Nexus for the same price...go figure.

My bb doesn't have Skype or Google chrome...
But it does have the bible and 30001 Winston Churchill quotes FREE as the top free apps!!!

I'm always looking forward to updates but I can say I'm always on it and functions very nicely.

As far as some of the key apps that are still missing...they will come with blackberry10 and I can wait because, although they would be nice to have...they aren't that "key"to me.

There is plenty of other things to do with it while I wait.

I'm very disappointed with the really good mic and speaker pair that RIM put on this tab... You would think that a normal tablet shouldn't be able to record music nearly perfectly when the source is a small pair of speakers around 5 meters away... Now no one will believe that the built-in mic recorded that...


But jokes aside, I was really shocked at how well it recorded sound (With camcorder). I was just taking short video and the music was playing somewhere in the background and it was so crystal!!

Same here. The only complaints I had have been rectified by 3rd party apps so I don't know what to do. My Playbook is running like clockwork. Waaaaahh!!

As the OP said but mine actually has a small rear bump.

Nothing to worry about though.
