A wipe and or debrick may help. Is it only internet speed? Also what are your router settings? Security type etc.

You access your router thru a web browser, search for your brand and the IP address. Go to the manufacturers website and find the default name and password for your router and info there. In wifi make your security WPA and use AES and TKIP if both are a choice if not AES

A wipe and a debrick will delete everything on your pb so if you end up doing that back your stuff up by either copy and paste to your computer or thru DM if it will. To wipe you press the gear, security, security wipe and type blackberry. A debrick is shutting your pb off, make sure it's off, with DM open on your computer plug the pb in while still off, a popup will come and choose update and or repair.

If internet is the main issue I'd try the router settings first. I'm headed to bed now but I'm sure if you need more help someone will be there to do so.

Yes I think it will. You can get your apps back in app world.

BTW I have a dual band router and my pb is slower than my laptop. The pb is on the 5ghz channel and everything else is on the 2.4 channel.

CB is a heavy site. You can turn java script off and it speeds it up a lot. If you find you need java script you can turn it on when needed and back off when not. Java script is used for some functions on here for the likes etc

Download and upload speeds all depend on what your ISP provides and you pay for. I have Comcast Xfinity
